I would like to receive a refund on my tickets for Countryfile Live 2020.  How do I do this?

SEE Tickets, our ticketing agency has sent an email to all ticket bookers with information on how to request a refund. Please ensure you request your refund by 14th July otherwise your ticket will be automatically transferred to 2021

I would like to transfer my Countryfile Live 2020 tickets to 2021.  What do I need to do?

If you wish to transfer your ticket to next year, then there is no need to do anything at this stage: your ticket will automatically be rolled over to the 2021 event and you will be contacted by our ticketing agency, SEE Tickets in the Autumn with further information on how to process your order. 

When do I need to decide if I want a refund or to transfer my tickets to 2021?

SEE Tickets, our ticketing agency has sent an email to all ticket bookers with information on how to request a refund.  Please ensure you request your refund, by clicking on the link no later than 14th July otherwise your ticket will be automatically transferred to 2021

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Once you have followed the process on the refund link in the email sent to you by SEE Tickets, our ticketing agency, refunds will take up to 7 working days to arrive in your account

What are the dates and venue for next year’s event?

As of now there are no further details about the event including dates as the Countryfile Live team is working on the logistics to ensure the event complies with future government guidelines in relation to COVID-19.  Full details for next year’s event including the dates, will be announced in October.  We can confirm at this stage that we will be returning to Windsor Great Park.

What happens if I cannot attend the new event when details are announced in October?

If when further information is available about the event you are unable to attend the new event, then please be assured you will have an opportunity to request a refund at that point.

Do I need to return my 2020 tickets?

No you do not need to return your 2020 tickets at this event has been cancelled.  If you have chosen to transfer your tickets to 2021, then SEE Tickets, our ticketing agency will get in touch in October to issue you your 2021 tickets

My credit card details have changed, what should I do?

SEE Tickets, our ticketing agency will get in touch with you directly to update your details.  They have to attempt to refund the ticket money to the original payment method.  When this shows as being invalid, they will contact you directly to discuss your new details

Can I transfer my Pavilion Pass to 2021?

Yes you can transfer your Pavilion Pass to the 2021 Show.  SEE Tickets will get in touch with you in October to re-issue them.  If when further information is available about the event you are unable to attend the new event, then please be assured you will have an opportunity to request a refund at that point.

Will travel and accommodation be refunded?

Unfortunately, we are unable to compensate ticket holders for travel and accommodation costs. We recommend that individuals contact their travel and accommodation provider, who may be able to reimburse you or transfer your booking to an alternative date.

Will booking fees be refunded?

Unfortunately the cost of booking fees is non-refundable as these are costs incurred by our ticket agents to cover the processing and issuing of tickets on our behalf.  We regret that we are in only in a position to refund you for the full cost of the entry tickets that you have purchased.
