Founded by award-winning food writer, broadcaster and journalist Henrietta Green, British Charcuterie Live celebrates speciality producers and recognisers them with The British Charcuterie Awards.
This year, at Countryfile Live, we play host to British Charcuterie Producer Day, which provides a forum for makers, suppliers, buyers, distributors and press to meet. This will take place on 1 August 2019 – the first day of the BBC Countryfile Live in the British Charcuterie Tent. The tent will also host the final judging day of The British Charcuterie Awards, with a 3-5 class finals of 3-5 products being judged.
A refrigerated display of the British Charcuterie Awards 2019 medal winners will be in The British Charcuterie Tent during the entire duration of BBC Countryfile Live 1-4 August to show support for British Charcuterie.
