Explore a magical nature playground and get back to basics on your very own mini adventure!
At BBC Countryfile Live, we love exploring the outdoors and the National Trust are returning with their outdoor activities for children this summer.
Ranging from simple delights to bolder adventures, the team will convert a wooded area into a natural playground for children. We encourage all kids and families to explore nature, scramble through the woods and tick off some of the ‘50 things’ from your list!
We’ll give you tips and tricks to take home with you, keeping you inspired in your own nature playgrounds and encouraging you to explore more of the outdoors.

The National Trust is the country’s largest conservation charity and it looks after many extraordinary places and landscapes, hundreds of miles of coastline, countryside, rivers and woodland across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
This year the charity celebrates its 125th anniversary with a focus on helping people to connect with nature. It has always cared passionately about the importance of green spaces and countryside and the joy they can bring to people. It aims to create a healthier, more beautiful natural environment that is rich in wildlife, good for people, and offers visitors extraordinary experiences in nature.
